Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, our warehouse team begins preparing your items for shipment. We process and pack all orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). An order placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive an email notification once your package has been handed off to the carrier; this email will include your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, WindsorStoore ships exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, or any international destination. If you have an address outside of this range, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time, and we suggest contacting us before placing an order to discuss possible future options.

Shipping Costs

All orders within our delivery area ship completely free of charge. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no promotional code needed. Free shipping applies automatically to every eligible order.

Transit Time

Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated delivery window for standard shipping is 4 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or nationally observed holidays. Please be aware that the stated delivery window is an estimate provided by our carrier partners; during periods of extreme weather, natural events, or peak seasonal volumes, minor delays may occur that are outside of our direct control. Should your order not arrive within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate immediately.

Carriers

We partner with established national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your packages. The specific carrier assigned to your order is chosen at the time of shipment based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and the most efficient routing available. You will see the carrier name and tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email is the best way to stay updated on your package’s progress. If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with other household members, neighbors, and any secure delivery areas such as a porch, garage, or mail room. If the package is still missing, please contact us at info@windsorstoore.vip within 5 days of the delivery scan so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to retrieve from a holding location, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in these cases, or you may opt to cancel the order for a refund of the merchandise value minus any non-recoverable shipping or handling costs incurred by WindsorStoore.
