Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD), and the total includes any applicable sales tax calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

When am I charged for my order?

The full order amount is captured at the time you place your order. This allows us to begin processing and packing your items right away. The charge on your statement will appear under “WINDSORSTOORE” or a recognizable variation.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly, so the window for changes is short. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@windsorstoore.vip with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled. In that case, you are welcome to initiate a return after delivery under our standard Return Policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, initiate returns more easily, and save your shipping information for faster future checkouts.

How is sales tax determined?

Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable state and local tax rates for your shipping destination. It will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free on every order. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no code to enter.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

What is the delivery time after shipment?

Standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes an estimated 4 to 6 business days from the day your package leaves our facility. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. While we work with reliable national carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS, occasional weather or operational delays can occur and are beyond our control.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with major national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on the delivery address and the most efficient available service. Your tracking email will identify the carrier and provide a link to follow your package.

What should I do if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

First, check around your property, with neighbors, and with any household members. Carriers will sometimes place packages in a side door, garage, or mailroom. If the package remains missing, contact us at info@windsorstoore.vip within 5 days of the delivery scan, and we will start a carrier investigation on your behalf.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to retrieve from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, or you may choose to cancel the order for a merchandise refund minus any non-recoverable shipping or handling costs.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return most eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Items returned due to a change of mind or fit must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we will accept them regardless of packaging condition. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: undergarments (including panties, shapewear, and adhesive garments), earrings and body jewelry, swimwear with the hygienic liner removed, and any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on its product page at the time of purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid return label at no charge, and we never charge restocking fees.

How do I start a return?

If you have an account, sign in and go to your order history to access the Returns Portal. If you checked out as a guest, send your request to info@windsorstoore.vip with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will email you a prepaid label and instructions within one business day.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an email confirmation once this is done. After the refund is processed, it typically takes an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. Since both shipping and returns are free, this process is designed to be as convenient as an exchange.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the account sign-in page, click the “Forgot Password” link and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you instructions to create a new password. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number and a link. You can also log into your account to view the real-time status of your order. Guest checkout customers can reach out to us by email with their order number for a tracking update.

Is my personal information secure?
