This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the WindsorStoore website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed below. We have designed this policy to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The delivery date is determined by the timestamp on the carrier’s tracking information. Any return request submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted, and the item will be considered a final sale.
Eligibility Requirements by Return Reason
- Change of Mind or Fit Issues: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks, stains, odors, or signs of use. All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging (box, bag, or hangar as applicable). Items that show makeup transfer, deodorant marks, perfume scent, animal hair, or any indication of wear will be returned to you at your expense.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage that occurred prior to delivery, or an item entirely different from what you ordered, the return will be accepted regardless of packaging condition. You must report these issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. The following are always final sale: undergarments (including panties, shapewear, and adhesive garments), earrings and other body jewelry, swimwear with the hygienic liner removed, and any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on their product page at the time of purchase. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns are completely free for you. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible return requests. There is no restocking fee, no deduction from your refund for return shipping, and no hidden surcharges.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, sign into your account on our website, locate the order in your order history, and follow the steps in the Returns Portal. If you checked out as a guest, you can initiate a return by contacting us directly at info@windsorstoore.vip with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed packing instructions by email within one business day.

Refund Processing and Timeline
Once your return package arrives at our facility, it goes through a quality inspection. This inspection is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Immediately after your return is approved, we submit the refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. After processing, it generally takes an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If more than 10 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email and the money is not yet visible, please reach out to us so we can provide the transaction reference number to share with your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not currently support direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement. Since shipping is free both ways, this process is designed to be as convenient as an exchange.
